Stacey Dobek, CMT and Jack Dobek CMT, welcome you to our practice in downtown Middlebury, Vermont. Since 1988 we have been studying an array of techniques designed to facilitate the wellness of individuals and encourage the self-corrective properties of the human body.

Our studies have included Massage Therapy,Postural Integration, CranioSacral Therapy, Integrative Manual Therapy, Strain/Counterstrain, Visceral Manipulation, dance and movement, anatomy, physiology, and more. We both hold B.A.'s in Biology from Middlebury College.

We take care to listen to the body, with our hands, and use our knowledge to focus on what structures and systems in the body is responsible for the pain,
dis-ease, immobility, fascial and cellular restrictions.

Our client population is drawn to our practice to gain relief from back problems, headaches, neck issues, stiffness and disturbances in the shoulders, hips, arms, and knees, sports injuries, and recovery from accidents. Some folks come to relax and receive a therapeutic massage and reduce stress from hectic lives.
